OFFICIAL RULES

  1. Don’t hurt yourself. (Use proper safety measures or a spotter)
  2. No lifting aids. Raw Dawg it.  (No Slingshots, Bands, Sleeves, Belts, straps, etc.)
  3. Use proper form. 
  4. No fake weights. Obviously.
  5. Record  your video with its original sound.
  6. SQUATS: Record your squat video from the side where we can clearly see your quads go at least parallel with the floor. 
  7. Bench Press: Record your bench press from an angle we can see the bar touch your chest and the weights on the bar. Do not bounce the weight off your chest.
  8. Deadlift: Do not rock, hunch, or bounce the weight on your thighs to complete the lift.
  9.  Submit your video(s) via one of our social media accounts | INSTAGRAM | 
  10.  Receive free tank in the mail.
