OFFICIAL RULES
- Don’t hurt yourself. (Use proper safety measures or a spotter)
- No lifting aids. Raw Dawg it. (No Slingshots, Bands, Sleeves, Belts, straps, etc.)
- Use proper form.
- No fake weights. Obviously.
- Record your video with its original sound.
- SQUATS: Record your squat video from the side where we can clearly see your quads go at least parallel with the floor.
- Bench Press: Record your bench press from an angle we can see the bar touch your chest and the weights on the bar. Do not bounce the weight off your chest.
- Deadlift: Do not rock, hunch, or bounce the weight on your thighs to complete the lift.
- Submit your video(s) via one of our social media accounts | INSTAGRAM |
- Receive free tank in the mail.
